International buyers are welcome but payment will be bank transfer only and you will be required to arrange your own courier.

All UK items will be covered with insurance as part of post and packing, you must check the item before signing for it, if an item is damaged in transit and has not been signed as such I will not be able to process an insurance claim.

This QGB has been checked over and is in good working order, it comes with a 30 day return to base warranty. Please check out pictures for physical condition.

  • Electronic failure
  • mechanical failure ( not physical damage)

This warranty does not cover the following;

  • Items not wanted
  • Physical damage
  • User error
  • Faulty 3rd party hardware
  • damage in transit ( item is insured for damage - see shipping.
If an item is returned and there is not fault or the fault is of the users doing, the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or depending on the severity, returned back to the customer at their expense.
