Studer J37

Here is a very rare opportunity to purchase a Studer J37, this machine is complete with all its valves, these machines are extremely rare these days, though there has been ones for sale in recent years, most have been modified and had their valve electronics removed, this machine is pretty much all original.

The J37 machines where made famous by Abbey Road, they proved themselves better than all the competitive machines available and is considered one of the finest multi track machines money can buy.

• Runs at 15 and 7.1/2 IPS

• Takes up to 12 reels or platters of tape

• Full valve audio electronics

• Heads are in great condition

• No lights in the monitor switches

All UK items will be covered with insurance as part of post and packing, you must check the item before signing for it, if an item is damaged in transit and has not been signed as such I will not be able to process an insurance claim.

This machine is mostly working but can do with a good service, as such I am selling it as is with no warranty or returns. For UK Sales, there will be insurance covering any damage caused in transit, for international sale, it is up to the collector to make sure the machine is adequately insured.
